Introducing to a new partnership!
G Air has established an Institutional Cooperation Protocol with a major Psychology University in Portugal (ISPA – Instituto Superior de Psicologia Aplicada).
With more than 50 years of experience, ISPA is internationally recognised by its scientific and behavioural research and leading studies that comprise Aviation Psychology, Adult Human functioning, Human development as well as studies in Health and Well Being issues.
During the last years, psychological assessment has been a continuous debated subject throughout the Aviation Professionals and its ongoing necessity of development and improvement makes us search for the best partnerships to become more qualified. In 2014 G Air Training Centre created its own Psychology Department to further help students and training team in excelling student pilot performance.
Today, G Air Training Centre is proud to announce this Partnership and believes that it will allow us to improve pilot training and better address the needs of our Airline partners, by conducting and promoting studies and initiatives in the fields of pilot screening, training, assessment and pilot recruitment according to the airline needs.
We know that this is one more step to reach our vision to enhance Airline Human Capital.
